We are very excited to announce the launch of Inhabit Properties, a real estate investment company in the greater Philadelphia area. Inhabit is registered as a Woman Owned Small Business, a rarity in this industry. We have both invested in real estate for years with a diverse portfolio of projects as diverse as student housing and luxury ski homes. We are joining forces and skill sets to explore opportunities in Philadelphia and surrounding areas to either “fix and flip” or hold as income generating properties.
We are not looking for investors at the current time, but are seeking investment properties in the $100-600K range in the Philadelphia area. Perhaps, you know of a property in distress, or that has been on the market for months or years, or needs significant cash investment. We are interested in purchasing single family homes as well as multi-family and mixed-use commercial/residential buildings. We have seen basements full of mold, structural issues, jungles of weeds, drainage problems -- nothing scares us.
It is costly and time consuming to sell a property that is not in turn-key condition. Often, repairs are required, not to mention months of showings and numerous price reductions. Inhabit Properties offers a hassle-free solution; we make “as is” cash offers and close in less than 30 days.

Lenore Davies is a Registered Architect who has run her own Architecture firm for over 20 years. She works on projects that vary in typology from urban row houses to rural farms and span in size from single residences to corporate headquarters. An avid runner, and lover of the outdoors, she appreciates the juxtaposition of urban and rural environments that exists in this region. She particularly enjoys taking long runs past the incredible housing stock that defines this city and much of its suburbs.
In her practice, Lenore very much enjoys the challenge of combining the old and new: the history and traditions of the existing architectural fabric with the needs of modern day life. She believes that while architecture is often defined by basic needs, the beauty and ultimate success of a project lies in the design and execution of the details. Seeing the possibilities in properties that are not living up to their potential is a challenge that excites Lenore and has led her to this current venture.
A native of Philadelphia, Lenore earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Masters degree in Architecture from Columbia University. She has watched the city flourish over time and is excited to be part of this change. Recently she has invested in and improved property in the Temple University area and is eager to apply these skills to other locales.
Lenore sits on the board of the Abington Art Center, is a past board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the A.I.A., a sometimes adjunct professor of architecture at Temple & Jefferson Universities and has provided pro bono design work for the Community Design Collaborative.
