 We watched this Temple 3 BR property over the course of a year, finally buying it in a short sale, for a third  less than its original list price.  Student housing was definitely at a low point in the Winter of 2021.  We invested in a cosmetic remodel and have been renting it to a young family since the Summer of 2021.
