 We bought this historic row home in Brewerytown in the Spring of 2020 from an investor; we wish we could still find properties at this price!   Check out the gut renovation, complete with cook’s kitchen, powder room, finished basement and outdoor space.  Bathed in sunlight, this home is on a block with a ton of new investment.  We cannot believe how much the neighborhood has changed in two years.  We are currently renting this property but will sell when the time is right.
