Myrtlewood

 Our second investment in Brewerytown, in the Spring of 2020, was an incomplete construction project.  We were able to quickly finish the project and rent the property that Winter.  The block is now full of larger, new construction row homes.  We like this block so much we recently purchased an empty lot there at a sheriff’s sale.
