Sharpnack (Under Renovations)

 With this purchase, we officially moved from being real estate investors to developers.  We were looking in Mount Airy for years when we finally found a dilapidated building on a 60 x 118  foot lot, right off Germantown Ave.  We are enjoying creating our plan for a 3 townhome development with parking on this site.  Every detail is being considered - - a functional yet beautiful layout, the best value finishes, and, of course, an updated traditional aesthetic, inside and out.  These homes will feature sumptuous kitchens and baths, tons of light, outdoor entertaining space and on-site parking.  We begin demolition in the Fall of 2022.
